Bea discovered her love for yoga in 2013. Since then it has become an elementary part of her life. Since 2018, she has been teaching predominantly powerful-dynamic Vinyasa Yoga, with influences from Hatha, Ashtanga and Yin Yoga. With her warm and loving nature, she creates feel-good moments for everyone in her classes.

This is what Bea says about yoga:

"Yoga helps me to be in the here & now, to enjoy the moment and to take life easier. Yoga allows me to get in touch with myself. It allows me to get out of my head and into my body. Yoga is my home that I always have with me. No matter where I am."

A few years later, a desire for a calmer, grounding practice to balance her energetic dance and fitness classes brought her to pilates and yoga.

Jessi about her classes:

"As a big fan of flowing movement and a diverse workout, I love combining elements of pilates and yoga. Enjoying movement and feeling good in your body, everyone in their own individual way, is what's most important in my classes."
